1.3. About this document

This document was lovingly handcrafted with vim on a Dell Latitude C400 running Linux 2.4.20-pre8 with ACPI Patch 20021002, in case anyone asks.

Many thanks to Andrew Grover of the ACPID project whose patience throughout many questions is much appreciated.
