Включаю вижу следующее:

Пробовал "confreg 0x2102 - не помогает(((
Пробовал "reset" тоже самое(
Пробовал сделать следующее:

rommon 3 > DEFAULT_GATEWAY=10.0.0.1
rommon 4 > TFTP_SERVER=10.0.0.1

Пишет:

Пишет вроде все успешно прошло, делаю "reset" пишет следующее:

loadprog: bad file magic number:      0x0
boot: cannot load "flash:"

и снова "rommon"

Вроде флешку видит, но почему то загрузится не может( помогите разобраться в чем может быть проблема.
